Description: | Rare specimen of pale-green planerite microcrystals coating parallel linear stalactites of black goethite. Planerite Al6(PO4)2(PO3OH)2(OH)8 · 4H2O is the copper deficient relative of Turquoise CuAl6(PO4)4(OH)8 · 4H2O. Collected early 1970s. Ex.
