Description: | Double-sided specimen of lustrous transparent gray cerussite crystals to 15 mm on dark matrix with small translucent white tarnowitzite crystals, the lead-rich variety of aragonite. The cerussite crystals are repeatedly twinned at 60° angles. Ex. S. Kelland collection; acquired in 2003; ex. Betts #22608 |
