Description: | Superb gem-grade lustrous transparent tanzanite crystal, the trichroic blue-violet gem variety of the mineral species zoisite, with clean (facet grade) upper half, and flawed lower half. The tanzanite shows good color change: front=violet, side=blue. Weight: 13.6 grams (68 carats) |
