Description: | Lustrous transparent-to-translucent colorless apophyllite crystals to 24 mm, in hemispherical aggregates to 35 mm across, on greenish basalt with small translucent colorless rhombic calcite crystals to 2 mm in recesses. Must see to appreciate. This quarry is now closed forever and reclaimed |
