| Description: | Lustrous black brookite crystals with satin luster select faces. The crystal faces of the brookite have small pits where the brookite crystallized around another mineral, possibly calcite, that later dissolved away leaving the pits. Ex. Miller collection T3606; ex. Betts #76034; collected ca. 1980 |
