Locality:Lavra da Golconda, near Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Lustrous transparent purple fluorapatite crystals to 7 mm intermixed with platy white bertrandite microcrystals on white albite. The fluorapatite crystals are prismatic form, with striated prism faces and flat basal pinacoid terminations. The fluorapatite fluoresces yellow under LW UV illumination. Ex. Miller collection T444; acquired from E. Greene in 2012
