Description: | Scepter-shaped formation of a 20 mm long transparent smoky quartz stem topped with a larger 17 mm transparent-to-translucent purple amethyst crystal. Subsurface whitish muscovite crystals are included in the outermost layers of the amethyst cap. Ex. Miller collection T3858; ex. Betts #53022; collected ca. 1988 |
