Description:Superb lustrous transparent dark-red spessartine garnet crystal with no matrix attached. The spessartine crystal is dodecahedral form with trapezohedral edge faces. Currier's label is adhered to the bottom of the spessartine crystal. Ex. Rock Currier (1940-2015) Collection #7475; acquired in 1981 from G.
