Description: | Vivid-blue chrysocolla over green malachite pseudomorph after an 18 mm azurite crystal. The azurite crystallized first, altered molecule by molecule to malachite keeping the azurite shape, then was overgrown with chrysocolla. Ex. Miller collection T684 |
