Description: | Translucent greenish-blue-gray smithsonite crystals with no matrix attached. The smithsonite crystals grew in 6 mm thick layers over matrix that later dissolved. The surfaces of the smithsonite has silky texture due to microscopic crystal faces. Ex. Miller collection T1150 |
