Description: | Transparent red almandine garnet crystal and black dravite in a plate of gray phyllite. The almandine garnet crystal is trapezohedral form with dodecahedral corner faces. The rear phyllite was removed behind the garnet crystal, can be rear illuminated. Ex. Miller collection T2652; acquired from E. Greene in 2015 |
