Locality:Lavra da Ilha, Taquaral, Jequitinhonha River, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent pink rose quartz crystals in aggregates of parallel crystals over a core of smoky quartz. Rose quartz crystals occur at few places in the world, notably this locality below water level in the Jequitinhonha River. Ex. Miller collection T2674; originally acquired in 2010 from Chris Wright (1946-2014)
