Description: | Lustrous transparent medium-green fluorite crystal with textured surfaces caused by microscopic parallel crystal faces. The fluorite crystal fluoresces bright violet under longwave UV illumination reportedly caused by yttrium impurities. Ex. Miller collection T1864; acquired in 2013 from E. Greene |
