Locality:Planet Mine, La Paz County, Arizona
Description:Blue chatoyant curved chalcanthite crystals with minor brown gossan included on the bottom. The chalcanthite probably formed post-mining from groundwater and is water-soluble so this specimen was sealed to prevent degradation. Ex. Miller collection; ex. Betts #57015. Collected ca. 1985 by David M. Shannon (1942-2004)
