Description:Large lustrous translucent dark olive-green bladed volborthite crystal with no matrix. Volborthite is a rare hydrated copper vanadate and not commonly available in large crystals — until this pocket was encountered from Milpillas. Ex. Miller collection; ex. Betts #75652. Collected in 2015
