Description: | Sharp, well defined green malachite pseudomorphs after bladed azurite crystals to 4 mm, with a few lustrous dark-blue azurite crystals to 3 mm on one end. The azurite formed first, then altered to malachite, maintaining the original bladed form. Ex. Miller collection T862; originally acquired from Galas Minerals ca. 1985 |
