Description: | Lustrous translucent dark-blue azurite crystals over green malachite cores on the bottom edge where they were attached. It is speculated that the azurite crystallized, then altered to malachite inside, leaving only a thin layer of azurite. Ex. Miller collection T3948; collected in 2012-2013 |
