Description:	Several lustrous transparent Herkimer Diamonds, the variety of quartz from the Herkimer area, with dark black hydrocarbon inclusions (locally called Anthraxolite, a non-mineral name). The black Herkimer Diamonds are rare and sought by local collectors. Ex. Miller collection T3362; ex. E. Greene private collection QRZ-350c; collected September 1994
