Description: | Unusually large crystal of lustrous translucent blue-black spinel with remnants of light-colored marble on the bottom. The spinel crystal is octahedral form with thin dodecahedral edge faces. The blue color is uncommon in spinel and highly sought. Ex. Miller collection T2630 |
