Description: | Thin hexagonal pyrite pseudomorph after pyrrhotite 3 cm across with overgrowth of sparkling arsenopyrite and drusy quartz. This is exquisite specimen, very hard to photograph, must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Ex. Edward R. Swoboda collection (see Mineralogical Record V. 28, No. 6.) |
