Locality:Milpillas Mine, Cuitaca, Sonora, Mexico
Description:Large specimen of lustrous transparent greenish-blue dioptase crystals to 4 mm on pale-blue chrysocolla coating one face of matrix. The dioptase crystals are in hemispherical rosette-shaped formations to 10 mm across. Originally acquired from Marshall Sussman; collected in 2019. This mine is now closed
