Locality:Peter's Pocket, Bartlett, Carroll County, New Hampshire
Description:Large elongated doubly-terminated lustrous smoky quartz crystal 275 mm long with overgrowth of smaller quartz crystals to 25 mm on three of the prism faces. The main crystal is translucent medium-smoky color and grades to pale-gray at both terminations. Ex Jon Herndon collection #81095; originally acquired from Bill Ross (1927-2006) of Intervale, NH
