Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 11228:

Minerals Species: Willemite var. Troostite in Calcite.
Location of mineral deposit: Franklin, Sussex County, New Jersey.
Description: Single reddish-brown willemite crystal 2 cm long in pink calcite matrix. Fluoresces bright green under UV illumination. The back side is incomplete due to contact with adjacent mineralization. Has old label from Paul Otto. Ex. D'Esopo collection (Utica, NY).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4.5x3x2 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 2 cm.
