under the now obsolete name of Wolframite, which is now the formal group
name. Huebnerite is the Americanized spelling of Hübnerite,
which is the proper name. Included in this gallery are ferberite and huebnerite
specimens from Colorado, Peru, Bolivia, Portugal, China, Romania. Huebnerite
is a manganese tungsten oxide and ferbirite is a iron tungsten oxide that
occur in tungsten-rich deposits worldwide. Many specimens of Ferberite
and Huebnerite crystals are saved by miners that work in tungsten mines
